PUBLIC RECORD OFFICE VICTORIA GRANTS
Local History Grants Program 2023-2024
Support for the preservation and care of Victoria's cultural heritage. Funding encourages community activities that preserve, record and share the local history of Victoria and Victorians.
Funding will be awarded to projects dedicated to the research, writing and/or publishing of local communities' histories.
To be successful, applicants must be:
- Based in Victoria
- Not-for-profit
- Registered with the Office of Consumer Affairs Victoria
- Have an ABN, or be supported by a group with an ABN (such as a library or council)
Deadline: 11 December 2023
Amount: Up to $15,000

VICTORIAN DEPARTMENT OF FAMILIES, FAIRNESS & HOUSING GRANTS
Men's Shed Funding Program
Grants for the construction of new men's sheds and the refurbishment or upgrade of existing men's sheds.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be located in Victoria
- Provide evidence of being able to contribute to the project on a 2:1 basis
- Provide significant community need for the project
- Not have already received $30,000 or more through the Victorian Government's Men's Shed Funding Program in the last 3 years
Only applications from the following will be considered:
- Organisations as legislated under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or equivalent Victorian legislation; OR
- Companies incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and registered as a not-for-profit through the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC); OR
- A government entity.

VICTORIAN DEPARTMENT OF PREMIER & CABINET GRANTS
Restoring Community War Memorials and Avenues of Honour Grants Program
Funding to support community groups in the conservation and maintenance of war memorials, honour rolls and avenues of honour, or to update and/or change these to better reflect the veteran service in the applicants' local communities.
Funding and support is now available under two categories: Planning and Implementation.
Only applications from the following will be considered:
- Ex-service organisations
- Local government authorities
- NFP organisations
- Educational institutions

Amount: Up to $30,000

Veterans Capital Works Grant Program
Funding to support building and facility improvements for not-for-profit organisations delivering services to veterans, their families and communities.
Only applications from the following will be considered:
- Victoria-based
- Ex-service organisations
- Local government authorities
- NFP organisations
Deadline: 12 February 2024
Amount: $5,000 - $50,000
